  Only If I could give negative points I would give this place -100. The workers were extremely rude and kept cursing just becaue I placed an order. Did not make the order properly completely messed up. Made coffee instead of hot chocolate. Nothing positive to say about the service. Horrible!

  Worse ever experience at DD. We ordered through DD App 1 coffee,1 6pc hash brown and 1 cheese sandwich. He wrote on coffee cup with pencil...is not there stickers? how I know is this a coffee that I ordered? They charged full amount and only we received coffee, because they said, they don't cook food. We ask for my rest money back but they said they can't do and we have to go other store in the other side of highway to get the rest. We ask for manager or supervisor...never received answer. They were nasty, rude and insulted us. We tried calling phone that appears in receipt and she answered, when recognized us then she said that this is her personal phone and we should call other number, She lied. We tried same number couple minutes later, this time he answered and insulted us by phone with bad words. Those two guys should not work at DD. They don't have education to work with public. I will never stopped there again

  Slowest and most incompetent DD I've ever been to. Waited Ina. Drive thru for almost 20min

  No one was at the counter. I waited 5 minutes for someone to show up: no smile, no apology for the wait. Then I find out that I can't get a breakfast sandwich because they "don't serve breakfast food". The Subway next to it does...
