  Terrible service. First of all. How do you order a drink and before you even pay for it, the drink is given to you? And when asked about it I get an attitude and a cold “supposed to be hot coffee” Second of all, who ever the manager the female manager with the glasses and dark brown slick hair is rude and should not be anyone’s manager. Can’t take accountability for her wrong actions, had a screaming fit in the drive thru like nobody can see her. It’s really sad to be a frequent customer and to have my drink constantly made wrong or an issue with my hot drinks being cold. Every time since I had to correct a mistake that they made. Terrible staff. Don’t consider customer service.

  A simple single flavored cold brew, not so simple and not so drinkable after all. Also, they apparently “don’t do receipts” and the “manager’s” solution was to have me take a picture of their iPad…so if you’re looking for subpar, extremely sweetened, watery “coffee” and blaring TikTok music this might be for you! Otherwise just stick to your local coffee shop!

  I wanted to buy into the hype, but I just don’t see the appeal of this place. Way too overpriced for a drink that is mostly ice filling your cup! For the same money spent on a single 7 brew coffee, you can get a $6 meal deal at dunkin with an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich + hash browns. Not hungry? Get a $2 Cumberland farms iced coffee across the street. They have all the flavored syrups just like 7 brew. And you can even fill your gas tank with the $$ you saved. One positive: The staff were friendly, but the product is not worth it.
