During my last visit, I ordered a sandwich specifically from the gluten-free menu, and because it tasted delicious, I felt the need to confirm the brand of bread being used, even though it was delivered to me as GF, with the GF pick in it. To my absolute horror, it was revealed that a "miscommunication" had occurred between the waitress and the kitchen staff—the gluten-free requirement was "noted" but didn't specify gf bread on the order ticket. As a result, I was badly glutened. Because of this serious lapse in safety protocols, I have officially crossed them off my list of favorites and will not be returning.
