The girls who usually work there were not there and the new girls today had no clue what they were doing, the girl with glasses told me I couldn’t use my points from the app that there needs to be a card shown which isn’t true. I don’t know what is going on here or who the manager is but he or she is not taking care of anything there and it shows. The glass doors were filthy and the garbage outside was over flowing per usual.
