The girl tried 6 times to get my order and got it wrong and still would have been faster to walk to five guys than use the drive through. I gave up and took the wrong food.

There seems to be a big improvement at this location in the last couple of years. The dining area is clean and the service is faster. The inside is spacious. Thanks for the improvements.

We all know McDonald’s has been going downhill for some time. But I went there to pick up an online order for me and 2 friends. They told me I couldn’t pickup 3 orders and told me I had to drive back around and go through the drive through for each order. That is absolutely ridiculous. That just clogs up the line and doesn’t save anyone time. After explaining that wasn’t logical they let me get all 3 orders. Why have online ordering to make it faster and so each person can place their own order and then complain you are picking up orders. When I finally got the orders I was not impressed at how the food was thrown together. There was no care at all taken in making the meals. The owner should really make changes to have friendly employees and managers that don’t want to make unrealistic rules.
I would say there food is hit or miss, there has been better visits but this visit just left a bad impression.

McDonald’s at 78 Town St. is a wonderful place. The staff have excellent Customer Service
Skyler runs that drive-through like a well or oiled machine . Talk about multitasking.! She’s got it down. Michael on the window and Brian as well as Garrett at night make getting through a very busy location a piece of cake.

They don’t pay attention at all I order a hamburger they give me a double cheese. I order a Dr Pepper no ice and I get a coke with ice no one pays attention to their job they’re just they’re for the check please fire these workers or replace them with robots the kitchen is full of incompetence
