As I tried ordering the meal deal I was met with a very rude “We don’t start that until tomorrow”. Don’t know how I’m supposed to know that. Proceeded to then inquire if the $5 meal deal was still available and I was left in silence until I got a half-added “Yeah”. I’m sorry if you’ve been asked this question a million times already but, maybe don’t put out promotional stuff for things you aren’t currently carrying? And better customer service, I don’t need your attitude at 8:00 in the morning.

I gave up on orders over the app because again— they’re always out. They cannot do refunds in store which basically you get charged and receive no product. Drinks always have coffee grounds in them and some days taste completely different than others. Just go to the one a little bit further down the road. I blame the manager and the team leader who does counts. No way ur making extra money and not doing ur job like doing inventory checks and ordering products to keep with supply and demand. There obviously needs to be retraining at this location. Other employees are just working to make money— just how it works fr.
