  The service was horrible, we came in the morning for breakfast and the woman was already rude off the bat. She was the only problem though, everyone else was kind. We had just gotten unlucky to have her serve us. When we ordered a $5 meal deal, my dad simply asked if it was possible to exchange the coffee with a water. She started explaining in an arrogant tone and when we checked the register it said she had charged us $11. My dad asked why and she said if you want to remove coffee and get water instead, it charges you. My dad said he’ll just get coffee and asked her to change it. She replied and rudely said wait wait I’m changing it. When we finished ordering, a nice man was making our coffee and she told him to change the order that he was working on to a water. He seemed confused because we clearly ordered a coffee. In the end he gave us a coffee and a water. I appreciated his kindness. If you would like a description of the woman, she was blonde, she looked middle aged, and she was short. I will not describe her any further. This woman has ruined my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts and I may have to start going to another location.

  This franchisee has at least three stores within 10 minutes of my house in One Direction or another. If I have a problem with an order and try to call them, I have literally never in 4 years been able to get them to answer the phone. It will ring for 10 minutes and it never goes to voicemail. This is very angry making.

  This Dunkin is beyond filthy inside of the facility, and what’s even worse is the drive thru is the SLOWEST one in the town of Norwich. I don’t think I have ever gotten my order correct here and have been given drinks with nuts I’m Allergic too with it not being worth going back in to have it corrected because I’ve already waisted 30 mins to get the wrong order. Legit half a mile down the road you have a better Dunkin, a Starbucks, and a Wendy’s all are better options.

  Literally a 30 minute wait in the Drive-Thru for two wake up wraps, they were out of oat milk, and there was no way to escape the drive-thru except sit there and wait my turn. Not an uncommon experience at this particular location unfortunately.
