  Absolutely horrible customer service. Gave me an attitude because my food was made wrong. Ditched about having to change it. And the coffee was awful but felt as tho I shouldn't say anything because the attitude i was getting. Sorry guys that u work at dunks and that's ur peak but don't take it out on everyone else. Not my fault life brought u here. It's dunks not rocket science and u manage to mess that up speaks volumes for your staffs intelligence. Absolutely horrible will never come back.

  The other day I ordered a sweet pepper bacon wrap, picked it up, got halfway home and discovered they made the sandwich with sausage...I made the decision to just eat it anyway, mistakes happen... this morning ordered another sweet pepper bacon wrap... my fiancé picked the order up on his way home... he arrives, I open it and AGAIN it is made with SAUSAGE!! Are you kidding??!! It's not that hard....it doesn't even look the same... you had 1 job...

  I always go to this location for a frozen coffee. on Monday Dec 15th between 10-11am i went to get my frozen coffee, Caramel Cream which always cost $5.79 with the tax. so when I got to the window they ask for $6 and change. I said no I always pay the $5.79 and the guy with tattoos said well you got whip cream and I said it always comes with it I did not ask for it. then a female came over don't know her name and she proceeded to say that it is extra for whip cream which I said I get it everyday with whip cream and never asked for it and she said they must be giving you it without charging and I said it's the signature one an she says we don't have a signature one and continued to argue with me so I told them I didn't want it and as I was pulling away she yells, you have a good day sarcastically. It was not the money it was that I get it all the time in different locations and never paid extra for whip cream. So in the description it reads, frozen coffee with caramel & vanilla flavors, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. She may need to look at that next time instead of arguing with the customer.

  The current staff here is great - very friendly, genuine and pleasant. Speed of service is great as well and consistent. The indoor meeting room is a great idea, very convenient.

  Dunkin is dunkin. This location gets my order correct 9/10 times and the staff is typically the nicest in the area.
