    Dunkin is dunkin. This location gets my order correct 9/10 times and the staff is typically the nicest in the area.

    I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich with “no cheese” online. When I went over to the pickup I saw my order in a bag sitting behind the counter. I waited at the pickup for five minutes while watching multiple cars drive past the drive through because nobody was taking their order. Then finally they hand me my order so I take it to my car and grab my sandwich and see cheese! Which wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t allergic to dairy! I think one star is being generous.

    Lexi the girl who works the drive through in the morning is the most rude and unpleasant person I ever met. I get working at Dunkin might not be the best but damn she can ruin the start of your day. I won’t be going back to this Dunkin. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to let her go asap. She has to be costing you so much business.

    The Greenville location absolutely Sucks. Manager is rude they are always out of half of the items on the menu. A 5 year old would do a better job she should be fired.
