It’s my go to chipotle. Now for the seating: yes it’s dirty. The seating area is always unkept. It’s not ideal, and I agree with a lot of the other comments saying there seems to be enough staff to accommodate clean seating. This is just an unfortunate reality at this location. I usually pick up so I don’t mind. And it’s certainly not a reason to give 1 star. But they do lose a star for that reason.

I waited over 15 minutes just to order, even though there was only one person ahead of me. There were at least six employees standing around, none of whom seemed in any rush to help. When I finally got to order, I was told they didn’t have carne asada — the only reason I went there in the first place. On top of that, the staff had visibly bad attitudes and acted like customers were a bother instead of the reason they’re employed. If management happens to see this, I’d highly recommend checking who was scheduled around 8 PM and seriously consider some customer service retraining. This location is giving the brand a bad name. The back where they were making food was also dirty.
