  Showed up a hour before closing just to find out therevsitting in the store closed at 7pm when the close at 8pm

  I just went to this Dunkin at 1:28 4/7/26. The service of the drive through was fantastic. Whoever was working was friendly and also helpful. I ended up buying a UConn special doughnut because of him. His voice was joyful and welcoming. He was trained really well. On top of that I got a large iced mocha and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were fresh and some of the best I’ve ever had from any Dunkin. My coffee was made perfectly and was also one of the best dunkin coffees I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the two men working but they made my day better. I will be going back specifically due to their great service.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Gave me an attitude because my food was made wrong. Ditched about having to change it. And the coffee was awful but felt as tho I shouldn't say anything because the attitude i was getting. Sorry guys that u work at dunks and that's ur peak but don't take it out on everyone else. Not my fault life brought u here. It's dunks not rocket science and u manage to mess that up speaks volumes for your staffs intelligence. Absolutely horrible will never come back.

  The other day I ordered a sweet pepper bacon wrap, picked it up, got halfway home and discovered they made the sandwich with sausage...I made the decision to just eat it anyway, mistakes happen... this morning ordered another sweet pepper bacon wrap... my fiancé picked the order up on his way home... he arrives, I open it and AGAIN it is made with SAUSAGE!! Are you kidding??!! It's not that hard....it doesn't even look the same... you had 1 job...
