- TPTimothy Paul1 day ago1.0Ordered on the app and was given a pick up time for 6:50. It is now 7:55 im still in line. I when I finally got to the window, I was asked for my name several times. Each time they walked away for 5 to 10 minutes before asking for my name again. On the third time, I was told they were now making our food, except they were out of one of the meats we ordered online. Absolutely terrible service. 1st and last time coming to chipotle.

Most of the food items to choose from were completely empty, yet there were 4 people working the counter (standing there, doing nothing) 1 person working the app orders and 1 person working on the grill. No rice available, no protein, everything empty at dinnertime! The dining area had dirty tables and the garbage was overflowing! On the rare occasion I eat out, due to rising costs, I chose Chipotle. Huge mistake!

They ask act like they are serving a prison sentence. The food is always cold and crusty looking and the place is absolutely trashed consistently. This place is a nightmare

Would be fine if it didn’t make me feel guilty for ordering anything. I’ve had chipotle here like 8 times and I kid you not - 6/8 times the rice is undercooked like crunchyyyy.
- KVKeylin VargasApr 22, 20261.0Unfortunately, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. This is the second time I’ve eaten from this location and gotten very sick to my stomach. The first time, I noticed the guacamole was oxidized. This time, the chips tasted bad, like they were old. There is clearly very poor management at this location. They should consider changing the manager and inspecting the food quality. One of my friends who ate here also got sick from this place. The brand itself is good — I highly recommend the Chipotle location in Groton!
