Simple I asked for two burgers and two chicken sandwiches french fries and a frosty fusion and they couldn't get it right missing a burger even though I didn't get charged for it but still come on

My husband took me to the Wendy’s drive thru for an evening pregnancy craving- unfortunately the menu board was broken/not lit up so it was almost impossible to read the menu in the dark. The worker taking the order had such an attitude and kept rushing me to place an order even though there was no one else in line and I had explained the situation with the menu board. I honestly should have just left at that point because of how rude she was. And of course, I wasn’t given a receipt so I was unable to complete the survey about my experience. The food was fine but I would recommend going to a different Wendy’s location or different fast food spot altogether.

I used to love their chicken sandwich but the last few have been god-awful. All tendons, no meat. The fries are either dry or somehow chewy (maybe undercooked?) The quality of the food has diminished to the point where it's no longer worth it. I don't think they are like other chains taken over by private equity, but man it sure seems that way.

Manager was nice but price on menu was not the price they attempted to charge. They ended up finding a solution but it's funny how the price listed and the price being charged are a few dollars off. Also there was some vomit next to the entrance although I understand that is not something the establishment can control. The wait to place an order was about 4-5 minutes even though there was nobody placing an order.
