An Artisan micro bakery and Cafe. We honor traditions that modern commercial bakeries have abandoned. Fresh grains are milled at the bakery right before they are used. Doughs ferment for up to 72 hours so that they are highly hydrated and yield bread that is easy to digest. Breads are shaped by hand and we use locally sourced ingredients - never any preservatives.
