Should have known by the empty dining room at lunch this would be bad. Burger came out almost uncooked, and when I pointed this out to the cashier I was told they "only cook it once" whatever that means. I wish you HAD cooked it once bro! No apology, no replacement. It's ok I was happy to leave by then anyway. Literally all the soda options were unavailable. Apparently Wendy's has been struggling as a franchise. I wonder why? If you would like a properly cooked meal that is better than this dumpster fire I suggest going to the Kohl's next door and buying a Snickers bar
