The quality feels like it has completely dropped off a cliff. The bread—once Panera’s signature and most important item—now tastes cheap and bland. When the bread itself loses its quality, the whole experience falls apart. Unfortunately, this location no longer lives up to what Panera used to stand for.

I waited over hafl an hour for them to replace the iced coffee so I can get my coffee and leave. They should check these thing at least every half hour when they're not busy, and every 15 minutes when they're busy to be sure that they don't have customers waiting for them to brew more. If it were on a day I work and I was on lunch break I would be late going back into work.
