  The spicey collection of bonbons along with aperol spritz were the perfect hostess/Valentines gifts. They were delicious as well as beautiful. Customer service (Mark)was outstanding in confirming my order and getting them delivered to me as promised. I am a very happy customer. Can’t wait to give you another order. JoAnn

  Stopped at a gas station on our way home and grabbed a bar of Chocopologie “Dubai chocolate”. I’m an avid fan and buy regularly and I’ve tried a few brands. Some are better than others but I’ve never had a bad one until the Chocopologie bar. The chocolate tastes cheap, and I don’t know what is the mushy stuff in the bar, but it’s not Kadayif and it’s not pleasant to chew on. At the price I pay for my Dubai chocolate, this was a disappointment. I’d go as far as saying, this isn’t Dubai chocolate.

  I’ve been curious to try Knipschildt’s chocolates for a while since we’re local to CT, so my husband and I indulged as an early anniversary gift! We picked out the strawberry and blueberry lemonade bonbons, as well as the flourless chocolate cake because we’re big chocolate lovers. The bonbons were light and refreshing with a very smooth ganache in the center. Beautiful design too! The chocolate cake is the richest I’ve ever indulged in! It was incredibly thick and I can’t believe all of the chocolate truffles it’s topped with. It pairs nicely with whipped cream. It’s so dense that sharing a slice between the two of us is plenty. Fun for a treat and convenient that they can ship to the house.

  Norwalk’s own chocolate factory, fantastic colorful collection of custom made chocolate delicacies. No retail display but you can call to place an order for pickup.
