They were swamped on the first weekend so all the misunderstandings were forgiven there and they were trying very hard! However, I reserved a table for brunch with a few days on a Friday morning and I was so disappointed that I chose this place. The waitress was way too intrusive, had her personal opinion about everything. A bit too pushy making me to order alcohol at 11 am. I hope Nordstrom will pay more attention to training its staff.
