Seemed like an ordinary day. Always happy with the food and service and speed of any CFA drive-thru I've utilized throughout the state. This particular morning, things were taking a bit longer than usual. No big deal. So, I'm waiting and waiting and am finally the first car at the front right by the door where they come out. I notice cars behind me and next to me are getting their bags and leaving, etc. No biggie though. I'm waiting and waiting. Then, I get asked to move forward and park in an entirely different section of the parking lot to be brought my food. Mind you, my order was just for me. It wasn't a huge or unusual order. And I wasn't just asked to move up a few feet to wait for my food like what happens sometimes at other fast-food drive-through's. No, I was asked to drive up and around and park in an entirely different section of the parking lot to continue to wait for the honor of receiving my CFA. I said forget it and requested a refund of the whole order. The employees seemed shocked that I wanted a full refund and was no longer interested. Manager came out and gave me my refund, but just casually said "Here ya go" as he gave me my cash. No apology, no remorse. Terrible experience. Ridiculous. And honestly, I would have continued to wait if I would have been asked to just move up a little like normally happens at other places, but to be asked to drive around to a totally different section of the parking lot and continue to wait as if they are doing me a favor for the honor of having CFA? No thanks, I'll pass. Drove right across the street to the Wendy's. Ordered a nice, tasty breakfast via their drive-thru lane with no problems or issues. Do better CFA. Do better.
