    I took my kids to this subway frequently. But I will never return to this one again. I ordered a grinder thru the app for my break at work and had a free sub. Instead of calling me or responding to the request they waited till I went to pick it up to tell me they don't participate in that promotion!!! Asked me if I was a customer there. I've been a frequent customer there with my 3 kids. Then told me they do their own promotion. So I wasted my whole break trying to figure out something else to eat. No respect for someone else's time on some weird bogus made up circumstance. The least they could've done is honored the one I got and said they don't do it there. Won't bother giving my service again.

    The owner was ringing up my order and I had a free footlong to redeem. He asked which subway I go to and I said Los Angeles cause that where I live and he said you shouldn’t use that reward here you’re taking money away from me and started yelling at me. Never go here, you don’t talk to customers that way.
