  My girlfriend wanted the little box promotion they have with the new wedding cake munchkins, called the store the night of the 19th before it happened and was told they had them. We go in the morning 4:10 am and they aren’t open, someone is just getting there and has an attitude upset that we are waiting for him but they open at 4. He then proceeds to tell my girlfriend they don’t have any boxes, that their Dunkin isn’t doing the promotion. So employees are just taking whatever they want saying screw the customer or saving them for a friend of theirs. This is ridiculous and childish these are adults working a coffee shop with the mindset of children

  They do not know how to make good Dunkin I have worked at Dunkin before and she made our order completely wrong. The women that worked tonight was talking to other people and not paying attention to what we had ordered made the slip wrong and is dumb. They need to step up and make it right or i won’t be coming here again.

  I always order here and there has been many times where they take too long, keep in mind only 2 workers in here do their job right, everyone else are either slacking, or just crusing around. Things need to get better
