  I've never eaten here, but as a delivery driver, its a wait to get your customer's food. Doesnt natter the time of day or how empty the place is. Im sure the foods good tho.

  I always get the mighty green omelet with grits and a biscuit. It's absolutely delicious every time, the people who work there are friendly, and I always have a pleasurable experience at State St. Café.

  I got the SSC taco with steak. The taco were delicious but I think they're using a thinner taco than they have in the past, since I order this quite often. Need to go back to the other brand of taco. Above all it was delicious

  Very busy local café. The food was amazing- especially the grits and the muffin we bought on the way out. We ate at the counter so no wait. The staff is efficient and friendly. Lots of regular customers who are treated like family.

  My first time visiting State Street Cafe and I loved it! The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all amazing. Even though we waited about 10 minutes to be seated, it was definitely worth it. I tried the beef and egg tacos delicious! As a coffee lover, I was happy they had cappuccino available. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. It’s a great spot whether you go alone, with a small group, or even a party of six.
