  - McDonald’s, supposedly a kid-friendly restaurant, failed to deliver on its promise. I ordered a 6-piece chicken nuggets Happy Meal for my 4-year-old granddaughter, but instead, I received a cheeseburger Happy Meal. When I brought this to the counter and explained my mistake, the counter person seemed indifferent and took the cheeseburger Happy Meal away. - - After another 10 minutes, they finally said it was ready, so I had to leave my granddaughter alone to go back to the counter repeatedly. Each time, I was given a cheeseburger Happy Meal instead of the 6-piece chicken nuggets I had ordered. - - On my third visit to the counter, the same counter person asked me, “Now, what’s your problem?” This attitude was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a long-time customer, I expected better service. - - Finally, we received a 3rd Happy Meal with the correct food. However, the manager didn’t even bother to bring the correct meal to us again. I had to get up and retrieve the Happy Meal myself.

  Order medium size meal and French fries size is like kids size... look at it...is sad paid $13 for this. Went to front desk and they said I ate it.

  Normally, this McDonald’s is pretty good but the guy who is just at the drive-through definitely messed up. I ordered a medium fry. He gave me a small when you’re paying that kind of money for a fry. You should at least get what you want. I ordered a medium caramel frappe they gave me a small. I ordered my son a cheeseburger happy meal when I read the terms and services for the rewards for a free, happy meal. It doesn’t say anything about not being able to get a cheeseburger versus only a hamburger. I know it’s the small things that we should just let slide, but this is the third time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and they’ve messed Messed up and if people are paying for things that they order, they shouldn’t be getting something smaller than what they ordered and paying more than what the price is… No offense, but all these people wanna get paid more money, but don’t wanna serve the customer correctly
