As a result, I never received my order and there’s no clear way to request a refund through the app since the location showed as “open”. This was frustrating and misleading. I hope management addresses staff training and ensures accurate hours are reflected. The associate had time to have a whole conversation about them being closed, and provided the name “Ieesha” when asked who the manager was… despite being “closed” by the way. The cheese is cold and doesn’t melt. The fries are never hot and it’s becoming frustrating as I used to love this specific location. Not sure who is the GM but they need to pay better attention to the quality of the food that they sell to their customer.
