- HHHAMFeb 14, 20261.0We were regulars to this Outback, but last night will be our last visit here. Not a fan of eating cold chicken, mash or broccoli. Dinner was served a minute after our appetizer. By the time we finished eating our appetizer, our dinners were cold. Not sure why dinner was served so soon. The server knew that was a mistake and did nothing to make it right. The disappointment ruined my appetite. I was looking forward to that dinner. I didn’t take one bite of it. Definitely ruined our celebration meal.

Plus I made a mistake so I asked that it be cancelled. He hits Process! Then takes the battery out to “cancel it.” It was loo late it did process and he didn’t know how to fix it. Another couple were told they couldn’t use a coupon and a giftcard together. Not sure why but sounds like BS. At another table, they had multiple issues and weren’t happy. It seems they need to get themselves together and put customers first
