He gave me a small when you’re paying that kind of money for a fry. You should at least get what you want. I ordered a medium caramel frappe they gave me a small. I ordered my son a cheeseburger happy meal when I read the terms and services for the rewards for a free, happy meal. It doesn’t say anything about not being able to get a cheeseburger versus only a hamburger. I know it’s the small things that we should just let slide, but this is the third time I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and they’ve messed Messed up and if people are paying for things that they order, they shouldn’t be getting something smaller than what they ordered and paying more than what the price is… No offense, but all these people wanna get paid more money, but don’t wanna serve the customer correctly

I appreciate her owning into the situation and explaining what went wrong and going above and beyond for me, it was more than what I was expecting. Ordered a shared meal for myself and a friend and both of our large fries are significantly underfilled. We pretty much got a medium fry in a large fry box each. Or 1 full large and then some leftover. Really disappointing.
