- SDSamantha DeMartinoOct 14, 20251.0I typically like coming here but it so slow all of the time, went there this past Saturday and I did a drive through order ahead, got there at 9:45 sat in the drive through until 10:15 and my order still wasn’t ready and they weren’t answering the drive through speaker; I paid for my bagel and coffee prior and couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave; there were two people inside working and completely ignoring the drive through. When I waved to get their attention they just ignored me; 4 people left the drive through while I was there because they were so slow and terrible by ignoring the drive through. I dont understand how anyone can work in fast food/drive through sand not give fast quality service…. I think they need to hire more people or get rid of the people that are ridiculously slow and making people wait for over 10 minutes for one coffee and one small bagel… I wasted time and lost out on money because I couldn’t stay there any longer and was late for an appointment after k preordered and paid ten minutes before arriving….
