  Walked in to half the staff sitting at a table i was handed menus and told to seat myself in the bar Every empty table was dirty our waitress came over and took our order the wings had to of been sitting there at least 3 hours the chicken tenders and fries were cold and the only special item we asked for was BBQ sauce and didn't receive it.....shocking I know! I literally couldn't not bite into my wings they were so old and hard we got up and left and paid 40$ for NOTHING. I am avid about tilliding and have been in food service all my life and left a 2$ tip the waitress was nice but did not even clean our dirty table this was unaccaptable...

  This place needs to A. Shut down B. Fire the cooks C. Fire management The service I got from our server (Analise) was great but the food was HORRIBLE my wings looked like rocks with sauce on them, my friends fries were orange and super hard. We wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seated because the host rather pick his noise than help out his co workers. This was the second time I came here thinking I just might have caught them on an off day but I was wrong. Fire the cooks or the management.

  Service was horrible, walked and was handed a menu and told to walk to the back sit anywhere. No where to sit all tables were dirty so we sat at bar. Completely dirty not cleaned. Food came out and it was definitely sitting for a while. Staff was standing around doing nothing. Manager no where to be found not a care in the world. Will never come back to this location. Horrible experience

  Well, after a couple of years, I let a family member talk me into trying Buffalo Wild Wings again and it was, once again, a thorough waste of my money!! I thought that so close to Xmas and with all of those shoppers out there getting hungry, that they might be making fresh wings, but I was wrong! If you like leathery, hard wings that make your molars hurt after eating them, then this is the place for you! I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. How can you make a business based on wings and make the worst wings ever? Oh, adding an edit. I forgot to add that this was through Ubereats and Btw they also got my daughter’s order wrong.

  Service is absolutely terrible. I am a server myself and I have a lot of grace and patience for people in this industry. They were not short staffed with 4-5 servers on the floor. My friends arrived 30 minutes before my boyfriend and I did and ordered food and drinks. By the time we arrived the server came up one time to ask if we wanted to order we said yes, she literally did not come back until the rest of the tables food was finished, 40 minutes later. I just think it is unacceptable service to wait over 40 minutes for an order to be taken. (We decided not to put an order in at this point because we saw other tables leaving and becoming frustrated with the terrible service.) this place needs new serving staff and not waitresses that avoid their tables.
