  El peor servicio,solo tienen una persona trabajando, y para más te tratan mal no les recomiendo el lugar si quieren esperar bastante tiempo por su comida vayan no te atienden bien

  This is the first time having an issue at this location. I am almost speechless at the incident that occurred. I have NEVER had an employee stick their head into my car while handing me a drink (until today) He argued with us. He was very rude. I also did not appreciate getting 50 munchkins that were not the *typical assortment* we got 20 unknown munchkins. It was as if he dumped the 50 least sold old munchkins in the boxes. My coffee was supposed to be hot. It was iced. He became argumentative over this. Not an *im sorry let me remake it* He argued . One of The employees was visibly on their phone. The other employee was complaining about having to remake a coffee for us in front of us to the other employee. It was a little scary to have all of this happening and the employee trying to intimidate us by sticking his body out the window and his head in the car saying here With the drink . Instead of saying. Here is your drink. We also had a car full of kids who did not understand why a stranger from dunkin had his head in our car. (Picture for reference) The best part. No receipt. Besides the stickers on the bag. 🙄

  There was only 1 car at drivethru but it was taking too long,yall wanna know why?yall wanna hear?THERE WAS ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE JUST 1 IM NOT TALKING ABOUT DRIVETHRU ONLY WHOLE STORE ONLY 1 WORKER.OWNER YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

  After 8 months of living here I can finally say I've found the best Dunkin in the tritown area. At every other dunkin I can expect there to be 2 people working and wait anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes. This establishment is well maintained, adequately staffed, has a sleek interiors and friendly staff. I ordered an iced coffee and a 25 count of munckins. The order was completed in < 4 minutes or less. Like cmon? Does it get better than that?! Now every time I want to treat my weekly case group to a sweet treat I will be SURE to visit this dunkin.

  No complaints at all this is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. Workers are super nice, the food is made with love. Very understanding with unique orders and I don’t see any flaws at this restaurant.
