- MGMelissa GreenwoodMar 1, 20262.0I am a Dunkin drinker through and through but the Canaan location is terrible. They are beyond slow in anything you order. In the drive through I wait a minimum of 5 minutes just to order, in the past I have waited 20 minutes (I promised donuts to my kids). The worst part is that EVERYONE in town knows how slow they are. Its their reputation, which is sad. I often do a mobile order and make sure I set my order to 10 minutes BEFORE I know I will arrive. Most times even then it isnt ready and I have to ask. The staff are great but not organized or efficient.
