Placed my order got to the window the lady hands me the iced coffee and says you may have to mix it. Isn’t that your job? And handed me my donuts. They were out of old fashioned so asked for a plain stick and vanilla crème filled. Instead I got 2 blueberry donuts. I gave her money she then informs me she’s out of Pennie’s and nickels did I mind? Ask your manager to get you change! Appalled that this woman thinks it’s acceptable to not give a person the correct change! This is why large corporations are terrible they don’t care!

Sunday October 6th I went in at 4:30 (it says they open at 4 on there website!) and not a single worker was in there no donuts had been put out. And to make it worse they even had signs written in paper saying that they would be in at 4!! I go to Dunkin’ Donuts everything single morning across the state and I have yet to find one as inconvient as this Dunkin donuts
