I happened to drive by this location and explained my situation with the coffee I bought. Jeffery was so kind to remake me a new coffee and it is definitely the best coffee I’ve ever got at a Dunkin location. I highly recommend stopping by here, Jeffery was amazing.

I’ve been visiting here since I moved to Newtown 6 years ago and their team members Theresa, Hayley and Bradley know me by name and my order, and they always wish me a great day. It’s a special place. This isn’t just a Dunkin - this is our local legend coffee shop. Thanks for all you do guys!
