The guy making my sandwich was ok this time, but the girl in insincere, and the other guy that checked me out was clearly angry just threw the sandwich on the counter. Never said, have a good day, made no eye contact with me. I said you yikes, what's wrong? He said, I'm "having a bad day". Reign it in! I have hideous days but I'm always respectful to others especially people being nice to me.

His grinder would be fine. But the order says toasted, my reciept shows toasted, but I get it home and it's cold and not toasted. If I wanted my grinder cold I would not have it toasted. And today's grinder should've been cuz the app said toasted for my grinder

The girl with the crooked nose ring needs to know how to treat people and a smile goes a long way to customers. Also put customers first. She rolls her eyes at questions from other employees and shows no interest at all in the customer who's ordering things. Come on management. Do better! Teach your employees how to treat people. Then you change your credit card machine to ASK FOR A TIP? ? ?. No. Maybe if you didn't grunt at me you'd get a tip.
