I waited almost 10 minutes to order despite no cars at the drive thru. Employee was very rude when I gave her the mobile code. Waited another 10 minutes for my order. I didn't check it at the window because I was late now. We got 2 oatmeal without the sides or spoons, 2 coffees with milk? and a root beer with ice. Easiest order and it took 10 minutes to get it wrong?? Unacceptable.

Well - I asked the person after I ordered - how much… they responded - last window - so - I asked again - because I wanted to make sure I had enough cash and I wanted to have exact change - the response in a snarky tone: last window…. And that was it… when I pulled off - the line was incredibly long - reflecting a major issue that started with the lack of respect for a what should have been a simple transaction. Whoever owns this location needs to talk to their management and the person who was on the drive thru shouldn’t have a job at McDonald’s. I will be calling corporate later today to follow up on this complaint.
