    I come here all of the time. Recently, the service has been horrible. The new employees are so slow, and a few times I’ve come in with a mobile order and it hasn’t been made because they’re sitting in the back corner chatting with each other. The other day, I even had to leave without a portion of my paid food because of how long I’ve been waiting.

    Similar to other Dunkin’ stores, in-store Service was slow. The employees are usually very young and asked to handle drive-through and counter so they are overwhelmed. Donut quality continues to get worse, toppings sparse. I prefer Swiches in Berlin as it’s family-run, not a franchise, much higher quality.

    Went threw for a mango daydream refresher and got a cup of mango juice or somthing .. asked wait this is suppose to have cold foam and they said “what’s that “ so I just left and threw it away .. this is one of the worst dunking for sure
