The new employees are so slow, and a few times I’ve come in with a mobile order and it hasn’t been made because they’re sitting in the back corner chatting with each other. The other day, I even had to leave without a portion of my paid food because of how long I’ve been waiting.

Donut quality continues to get worse, toppings sparse. I prefer Swiches in Berlin as it’s family-run, not a franchise, much higher quality.
