Last night I went through the drive through ordering one of the new lattes and the worker said she added caramel and chocolate and cold foam… (the drink has the caramel chocolate syrup not caramel and chocolate separate and no cold foam) she admitted to me she did not do her trainings that she never watches the videos. I didn’t even want my latte anymore but I paid $5 for it… and this is the second time a worker has told me they don’t know how to make a drink
