Placed an online order for the first time after seeing some reviews about the lines here. Walked in and it literally looked like the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Line was long, but my food was all ready for me on the to-go stand. The portion looked kinda small in the giant bowl they served it in but it was plenty. Taste was out of this world - so good, so fresh and so full of flavor. So much so, that I embarrassingly wanted the same item the very next day.. when I went to place another order, the item price increased from $13.40 to $16.25! Quite the jump.. when I called, I was told it was because they initially mispriced this new menu item (Harissa Chicken) and the correct, intended price was the $16.25 because “the item comes with avocado..” $2.85 for MAYBE 1/4 of a whole avocado? It really turned me off to be honest but I’m sure I’ll still go back eventually.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 pitas via DoorDash. In the bag was one pita and someone else’s bowl of salad. I called Cava and their response was for me to come down and pick up my pita or call Door Dash Customer Service to request a refund. Cava made the mistake by packaging the order incorrectly. Door Dash had nothing to do with the error. Secondly, Cava’s response when I called, telling me to come and pick up my pita was ridiculous. Why would I use DoorDash in the first place if end of day I have to drive to Cava to pick up my order? Any customer service oriented business should be going out of their way to correct the mistake by having the order delivered as paid for. They shouldn’t be putting the burden of correction on the customer, who had nothing to do with the error. It was Cava’s mistake by packaging the order incorrectly. Additionally, the Cava employee on the phone was rude and in no way Customer Service oriented. First and last time I will order their food.

This location has never disappointed me, my food is made right every time and the quality is amazing. The girl that took my order was Gabby, she was the absolute sweetest person, very welcoming and made sure that my bowl was made to perfection.

I just wanna say that Everytime I've come to this location, I've never been dissapointed! I met Gaby the last time I was here and I just want to say she is the absolute sweetest! That girl need a raise for the way she does her job! I love people who are so vibrant and welcoming!

I ordered from CAVA on two separate occasions. The first time, I arrived at the restaurant when the restaurant said the food would be ready. It was not. I waited in a crowded and disorganized line for 20 minutes while the staff went about their business with no sign of motivation or direction. Forgivingly, I thought I would give the place another shot. The second time I ordered, at home, I found that there were entire items missing from my order despite the itemized sticker on the bag which indicated the items I paid for and what should be in there. Apparently not a fool proof system for the employees at CAVA. I will not be returning. Waiting is one thing, but taking money and not providing the product is inexcusable. The restaurant would be fine with decent employees and proper management/oversight.
