  My friend and I stopped at the CAVA in Newington today because we haven’t been in a while and knew we’d have some good food. CAVA has never disappointed us, but the experience with the staff was what compelled me to write this review. Favor, Ana, and Amber were absolutely amazing! So accommodating, and so kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

  Food is good but the service is always terrible every time I come in. Last time I came I had a dark skin girl with glasses making my food. She must’ve been having the worst day of her life because i’ve never seen someone so miserable to be at work. I said hello and she ignored me. Didn’t say a single word the entire time making my food and I had to ask for more items evry time because she was putting the tiniest amount. We found a new location where the service was good and the portions and we will go here from now on.

  Tried it yesterday for first time. Menu board a little hard to read especially for these 70+ years and ordering for first time can be challenging because it is so different but definitely worth the experience. We had a great crew member who was both patient and helpful. Generous portions, Ill be finishing my chicken with rice bowl today. I definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

  The service is terrible. Ordered bowls which comes with free side of chips, went to go ask for that in front and they won’t even look at you in the eyes. Not a single person working there has manners and really need to get fired!!

  This was my first time here with my good friend and she ordered and I told them I just want want she was having she got chicken I got steak. Mind you it was a kids meal we didn't want anything to heavy after just exercising. Her rung up to about $8 mines $11. I asked why they then told me it different price based on meat then pointed to the smallest sticker on the glass that broke down the price. I'm like it would of been nice if it was pointed out ahead of time. Expecting when there's other people behind waiting. Basically I literally was charged for a kids meal what I could of got as a starter of an adult bowl meal. Smh sayless 1 and done. Food was layered wrong on the tray. Portions are bare minimum for price. Just another Chipotle but even cheaper.
