  The fries were fresh and delicious, the sandwich was good, but messy and the guy at the counter was very friendly. He told me the milkshake I ordered was coming out more liquid, than ice cream and he asked if I would like something else...I asked for another sandwich and he happily obliged.

  Great food, especially the roast beef sandwiches which are always satisfying. The staff is friendly, but the wait time can be a bit longer than expected during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid spot when you're craving a quick bite.

  This particular Arby's, on the Berlin Turnpike, looks rundown from the outside. The inside isn't much better. Staff was very nice though and friendly.
