I don't understand how you can not make a coffee correctly when it's printed out you put it on the cup but you didn't bother to read it. I understand the construction that's going on but that doesn't explain the lack of ability for them to do their jobs

It’s not often you get that kind of warmth so early in the morning, but he greeted me with a genuine smile and handed me my order like he actually cared. Nothing flashy, but those little moments of friendliness go a long way and definitely make me want to come back.
