- UAUser Anonymous1 day ago1.0I'm not sure what has happened to this Dunkin. I used to go often and the service was good, they always had what I wanted. Now I go, and first of all, some of the employees they have working there are awful. The line for the drive through is usually out to the street because it takes 5-10 mins for the guy to even come to the speaker and take your order. The one guy in there is terrible, he takes his time and does not care. I understand that dunkin can get busy, but he really just takes his sweet time. I notice when it is so slow at the drive through and nobody is coming to the speaker, it is always the same guy in the afternoon. Some of the other guys I have dealt with in there are awesome, friendly and fast. This dunkin also just never has anything. "Can i get a glazed donut" sorry im all out of glazed "can i get" sorry no food items "the machine is down." You are better off going to park lane dunkin, they are WAY better compared to this one. Fast and always have what you want
