I went to grab coffee and they stated they had no bread....I said ok are there bagels? And the girl told me "I just told you no bread" with some attitude. I got a lid that was for some other drink and worthless for a cold foam drink. After waiting in line for 15 minutes behind 2 cars, I was not very pleased. This is not the only location in New Milford having problems. Management or training issue??? I love Dunkin, please help.

This time I got a 1/2 filled medium size cappucino…. $5 a piece, should have stuck to Starbucks…. Oh and they’re snappy when you ask them a question… I’m done. Never coming back.
