  Ordered iced coffee light no Ice. Maybe communication is different in CT. Came very dark and full of ice. The manager then scooped the ice out by hand and alot of the coffee and at this point refused to fill the coffee after they got the initial oreder wrong.

  Great Dunkin location, exceptional customer service. Josh was great and better than any snotty barista. He seriously deserves a raise.

  Food portions getting smaller, but the price doubled. I ordered a bagel, very small for $4.

  Very small but nice place. It was mostly empty so I did get a table and my order both right away. The staff was nice as well. One of the only Dunkins I've gone to that didn't put cheese on my bacon-egg-and-no-cheese sandwich, thank you for that. I did go in the early afternoon on a weekday, so I assume it'd be different otherwise. Anyway, 10/10.

  Very unorganized establishment people just standing around. I don't understand how you can not make a coffee correctly when it's printed out you put it on the cup but you didn't bother to read it. I understand the construction that's going on but that doesn't explain the lack of ability for them to do their jobs
