I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. I ended up going somewhere else to get what I originally ordered. Overall, not a great experience.

While there are a few excellent employees, several systemic issues need to be addressed at the corporate level. The app is misleading, as half of the advertised services are unavailable due to broken equipment. Furthermore, the refund process is unacceptable, often requiring customers to escalate their complaints significantly before receiving any assistance. It appears the current model prioritizes retaining customer funds over delivering promised services. Additionally, I have observed poor attitudes and a lack of professionalism among many staff members, which is further exacerbated by the low quality of the products even when the machinery is functional. Half of what they advertise is actually able to be made because of broken down equipment. No refunds given unless you throw a tantrum or worse. They lore you in with the intent to keep your money (and you get whatever they decide) Terrible attitudes and whiny workers who applied for jobs they apparently dont want to work at. And terriblely made products when the machines actually do work. This world has become lazy and complacent. We are DOOMED.
