  I went this evening to get a vegetarian burrito bowl at this Chipotle. I don't get a protein on it which means guacamole is included. The listed price is $10.65. I was charged $15.67 for the bowl with nothing else on it that should have been an extra charge. I questioned the kid that was at the checkout and the girl that made the bowl and they told me that they now charge for the guacamole for that bowl. When I got home I went to their online menu and it clearly states it's included. Not only did they take extra money from me but this clearly shows that their staff is not trained properly. I should have known better since their reviews aren't great. I guess I learned my lesson.

  can’t thank yessania enough for her hard work. Everytime I go to this location it’s an amazing experience thanks to her! My burritos always come out to be amazing and she always serves them with amazing attitude. I’d love to hire her for my business. 5 stars

  This is the third time I’ve ordered Chipotle for delivery and something has been wrong. Either items are missing or the portions are completely different every time—even though I order the exact same thing. This time my order didn’t include corn like it was supposed to, and instead they added tomato salsa on top of the bowl and gave me a side of it too… why? One order they’ll barely put any chicken or queso, and the next time it’s filled normally. The portions are completely inconsistent. Chipotle is too expensive for it to feel like a gamble every time you order, and it’s even more frustrating that you can’t really get your money back because the customer service in the app is basically nonexistent.
