  I can't really find the proper place complain but this place is just madness. I don't really think it's appropriate for the workers to be bringing all their kids and letting them play in the playground all day unattended to begin with but especially not the way those children were acting you know damn well that those kids need supervision. I can't believe the owner of that store actually let the workers bring their kids in with them and let them run around the store for the whole shift. Insane.

  Today we visited McDonalds and we had a really good customer service experience. We tried to place our order using the kiosk, but we used multiple gift cards and the kiosk reversed the gift card payments. We were asked to go see a cashier. At the service desk a nice employee named Angela helped us complete our order. Instead of having us repeat our order, she printed out a piece of receipt paper and was replacing our order. She understood that it had taken us a long time to put our order in the kiosk and was trying to make it easier for us to order. We had ordered for 2 adults and 4 very hungry kids. We did feel uncomfortable when Angela was called out in a negative way by a woman wearing a red blazer ( I suppose she was the manager). Angela did her best to help us and gave us outstanding customer services. Instead of being reprimanded she should be congratulated. Thank you.

  I’ve never been a big McDonald’s fan but this one is worth it! The play place is clean and great for kids. I love that there is plenty of seating and has its own family bathroom. And the staff here is so incredibly friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. We will definitely be back and bring friends!

  Management is very poor. Which trickles down to poor service and food quality. Fries are never hot. Assembly of sandwiches are crappy. You're almost forced to use the kiosk. The Waterford Walmart runs better and it's not even a full sized restaurant.
