Got screamed at when we were simply waiting for our food. Left the place feeling like I had done something wrong because I was screamed at by this unprofesssonal employee. The staff needs a reality check and a lesson in customer service

The short haired blonde girl literally SCREAMED at us when I was waiting for my food. When my wife asked for no ice in her drink, they were extremely rude and kept saying “no ice?” in the most disgusting tone ever. Every question was answered with angry and attitude, and a simple mistake I made resulted in being yelled at. That short haired blonde lady should be FIRED and never hired in customer service again, and we will NEVER come to that Dunkin again. Not a good welcome to New London after just moving here.
