In addition to my usual tip, about once every two months when I get my morning beverage I give a $20 tip just to make someone’s day. Today and yesterday the attitude of the person at the window was so rude the $20 bill stayed in my pocket. This has happened many times in the past as well. I’ll wait for a day when one of the pleasant folks are working. Again that is sporadic.
