For some reason does not participate in nationwide Wendy's promotional campaigns (such as the free frosty/fries for a dunk in the national championship game this year), not worth visiting

I wish I can give it less than one star. I really never seen a Wendy's that was run down like this and that the customer service was extremely poor. We were shorted one double stack and they weren't answering the drive-thru speaker after we drove back around. Sure won't be visiting again

This place has the worst, laziest employees. When they feel like it they just stop taking orders. They make up excuses just not to take orders. They treat customers like trash This has happened on multiple occasions.! Wendy’s just fire everybody at this location. 10pm and they not taking any orders

So we went here made a mobile order and they are clearly open have door dasher inside and there open sign is on and they are open until 2 am we were sitting at the speaker for 5 mins before 12 and no one was answering and cars had went through before too and so we pulled forward and they are like oh the other manager didn’t come in so we are closing they didn’t put anything sign out on the doors or speakers to let us know that they weren’t taking orders we spend 20 bucks just to be told they can’t make our food they are closing cause someone didn’t come in I worked as food service manager for 2 years we would have to stay open even short staffed even just a manager on the floor and they two girls seemed to have an issue 12:04 am 3-10-26 and people are still driving through trying to order and they didn’t make out no sign or nun saying they they are closing early no just when we came to the window she come up and say it and act like she don’t want to be there it’s common customer service and the manager should have put up a sign stating that not walking around looking like they hate they job like walking around with a smug look I don’t get it I would give this a zero star but it don’t have that choice I’ve been to this Wendy’s a lot and they are normally good with not being rude but dang this night crew all because someone didn’t show up it’s not right we are still customers

I went inside Wendy’s at around 8:10 PM on March 9 to pick up a DoorDash order. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was a young man and two ladies working at the time. None of them asked who I was there to pick up for. I even showed them my phone with the order on it, and they didn’t bother to look at it. Instead, I was simply told they were very busy and that I would have to wait. I understand that the drive-thru can get busy, but customer service inside the restaurant should not be ignored. I ended up waiting 25–30 minutes while sitting inside. Eventually, I decided to leave. When I walked out, I noticed there were no cars in the drive-thru, which made it seem like they prioritized the drive-thru orders first and then planned to deal with customers in the dining area afterward. Another customer next to me had only ordered one sandwich and had also been waiting over 25 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. What made the situation worse was that the employees were spending a lot of time gossiping, laughing, and chatting instead of focusing on getting orders out. This is supposed to be a fast-paced environment, and the service tonight did not reflect that at all. In the end, I had to cancel the DoorDash order, and I wasted about 30 minutes of my time. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope management addresses the service issues during this shift on March 9 around 8 PM
