  I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here past 11 PM! I just got off a 12 hour shift and I went to this Taco Bell in particular. I asked the lady what came with the new taco bowl that they have as in the dip cup. She was very rude on top of that. I explained to her that I cannot eat beans or tomatoes on or in my food. I specifically said I don’t want tomatoes or beans. I also asked for a hard taco when I get my food, I leave as I look in the bag. My taco is missing and I’m like OK. You know what I’m just going to forget about it then I go to try the new taco dip cup that I’ve seen on TV and as I take my first bite, I don’t notice it but something tastes weird and my mouth starts to getting up when I take a second bite. I’m driving as I’m eating. I happen to turn on my car light and I noticed that there was beans inside of my food and I specifically said her three times even at the window no beans please. The lady at the drive-through was very rude. She was very hostile and the way she talked to people was not OK and I asked her if you don’t like being in a fast food restaurant where You have to deal with customers. This should not be a line of work. I worked in fast food and that is not how you talk to someone who is trying to spend money at the establish. I remember exactly what the girl look like she had pink hair. She had glasses and she had nails, and she worked last night. The way she talked to people was very, very, very disrespectful On top of her, not giving me any sauce that I asked for and not even listening to what I said to her about not putting such and such on my food. I would never come back here past 11 o’clock ever again

  I had a really great experience at Taco Bell recently! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. My order was made quickly, and everything was put together perfectly Troy stood out right away thanks to his friendly and approach who made the experience even better. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and treating customers well. It’s employees like Troy that make a place stand out. Keep up the awesome work!

  Deadass missing at least 1 item everytime i order on uber eats. Gave my vegetarian friends meat on 4 separate occasions.

  i rarely write reviews but i just had to come on here and say Troy was absolutely fantastic. many taco bell employees barely say hello or look at you, and he was so attentive and efficient I was so grateful. you really need more people like him!!

  TROY serviced me today at the window! he was professional. He greeted me with a smile and helped me with my choice of order. I have never been so pleasantly attended. I will come back to this Taco Bell as long as Troy is there. I hope he is taken care of by Taco Bell. He is a positive employee and provided me with good customer service today at 1 o’clock
