    Absolutely unacceptable experience at Stop & Shop. I’ve now bought bad chicken from this store TWICE—this isn’t just inconvenient, it’s a serious health concern. On top of that, the strawberries I purchased were moldy by the very next day, which clearly shows a lack of quality control. What’s even worse is the customer service. When I returned for a refund (within their own policy limits), the staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they gave me a hard time and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I hope management reads this review, checks the camera recordings of what happened, and addresses this situation properly. This store clearly does not care about product quality or customer satisfaction. Selling spoiled food and then treating customers poorly when they come back is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to check their purchases very carefully before leaving.

    Seems to me that amity is going down hill slowly. People are nice. They don’t compare well with Big Y in derby.
