Unfortunately my customer service experience was disappointing.
I ultimately NEVER got my food. I ended up leaving after being there 2.5 hours.
Walked in, stood in line, was not sure how it worked, so I ordered a tea, while I waited for my friend. I proceeded to sit down at the table, while waiting for the tea to be delivered. The table was not cleaned off, however, one of the staff, with the long dark hair, was cleaning the other tables, she asked if I could move to the high top. I did not want to sit at the high top plus my tea was ordered with my table number on it, and i didn't want to miss it by moving. She was not friendly from the start. She never came back to clean the table. Another staff came to clean it, with little effort but wiped away the crumbs...
As the 1st staff with long hair came by, I asked for a menu, she pointed 👉 they are over there, referring to the front counter and kept walking. A customer, nicely, chimed in and said "you have to order up front then they will bring your food to you".... I didn't know that was the case for dining purposes... so my friend and i were explaining this when we walked up front and the on duty manager apologized saying we normally like to greet people and explain when they come in.....
I ordered my food, with the same young lady, with the long hair. (She shouldn't be taking the orders, sorry...) Too start with, she is telling me the tab is already open for my tea so she couldn't separate my bill. I explained to her that I already paid for my tea and had to go retrieve my receipt to show her someone else rang me out, in order for her to give me a separate ticket from my friend....No apology....She clearly had an issue and attitude with me, a paying customer ! .... I still placed my order with her. It arrived incorrectly and missing items.
I go back up to her and explain the issue, rather than apologizing she says someone in your party ordered some of the ingredients that came with my order. ....Ummm excuse me, my friend ordered and paid for hers and I ordered and paid for mines and I did not have those ingredients !!! I ordered exactly what was displayed on the menu, I never said I wanted what my friend had, never .... When the food came it seemed rubbery... I took a bite before noticing it was wrong. There was a random tomato and a random leaf veggie added in that were not supposed to be a a part of the meal..I don't eat tomatoes and it wasn't decor.
I go back up to speak with the manager who was apologizing and wanting to make it better. Stating they got busy.... He offered to credit me and remake the food properly, which I wanted the food, at this point. I waited all morning to eat. As I waited for the remade food to come out, he brought out a nice gesture of cake....
After another, one hour of waiting, the food never came out, I didn't see the manager when I left. I looked for him but he was gone...
I just left, it was awful, seeing other people come and go and no one followed up. So I hope my card was credited because I will dispute with my credit card company if not. I never got the correct food.
You can play your cameras back to see how the events unfolded..... not a good experience at all. I initially said I would give them a try another time but after not getting the new order and waiting so long. I'll never go back!
