I waited over 12 minutes in the drive-through just to place my order, even though I was one of only two cars in line. After ordering, I then waited more than 15 additional minutes to receive my food. To make matters worse, the food was cold when I finally received it. For a fast-food restaurant, this level of delay and poor quality is unacceptable. There was no explanation or apology, and once you’re in the drive-through, you’re stuck with no option to leave. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Definitely not what customers expect from McDonald’s.
