  It was pretty smooth running in a tough location. The food was hot and tasty, but, at this time, there were 5 loud and a bit rowdy teenagers, the staff walked by them several times, and said nothing, perhaps this was a decent strategy, as, it didn't give them the attention that they were definitely looking for, and it didn't escalate further. Their energy depleted, they left quietly... It was a good reminder of how loud and rowdy we were as kids ;) No real harm and no foul. The staff were very pleasant, but, I could tell, a bit tired. This was after the dinner rush at around 8 p.m., on a Friday.

  Girl at the speaker had an attitude. Asked her twice if the snack wrap she put in was the hot honey one bc all it said was spicy. Twice, she said it was, seeming annoyed that I asked. I bit into the snack wrap and it was not the hot honey. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce and didn’t get it.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone; it just rings and rings without any resolution.When you actually go into the store, the situation isn't much better. The staff seems constantly preoccupied with other tasks rather than focusing on serving the customers standing right in front of them. It feels like customer service is the lowest priority here. I hope management addresses the lack of communication and the slow pace of service soon.

  This place is extremely discriminatory against anyone that they deem to be either homeless or an addict!! They treat them with blatant disrespect the ignore them they act like they're not even in the building they take orders from others even though they're standing in line. They make people that they decide to be homeless or an addict pay for food in order to use the restroom but if they believe they are working class citizens they open the bathroom for free!¡ If somebody is a person they deem to be homeless or an addict if something is missing in their bag of food they don't care they will not replace it. I was in the restroom there was no toilet paper there was no soap there was nothing I pulled the emergency cord and recorded it on my telephone they did not respond for 28 minutes that is an emergency cord and I could have been dead!! But they did not care there was a gentleman that fell asleep at the table and he had purchased food from the restaurant ate it and fell asleep the lady came over and slammed one of the table tags against his ear on the table over and over and over and told him to not sleep in there and get out and the looks that they give people that they don't like are looks of shame and disgust

  This is a decent one. I think you can get in and out fast. Staff is decent and good is usually pretty fresh
